The development of electric vehicles:

At first, sightseeing buses were introduced to people in the form of two wheels operated by human power.

Inspired by Hong Kong and Taiwan idol dramas, various tourist attractions began to use two-wheeled bicycle rental as a means of transportation in scenic spots. Later, considering the needs of family travel, four-wheeled sightseeing bicycles with 4 to 6 seats appeared. This form of sightseeing bicycle is still used in major scenic spots. After the emergence of human-powered four-wheel bicycles, people were inspired to consider whether the sightseeing bicycle could be used as a car, so that safety and stability would be more guaranteed.

With the significant development of smart driving in the journey industry, the sightseeing car industry has also followed changes and has now entered the era of smart driving. However, because it is still in the learning stage and the cost is relatively high, it has not been promoted on a large scale across the country. Some of the car models being tried out in scenic spots are full of technology and luxurious interiors, but there is still room for improvement in some places.

With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology, now, various types of sightseeing cars can enter unmanned driving mode and use a variety of sensing devices to automatically avoid obstacles. For example, the AS04 driverless sightseeing car manufactured by our factory is small and exquisite, with luxurious seats and dual-image driving.

How to prolong the service life of electric vehicles:

The service life, reliability of operation and economy of use of an electric patrol car largely depend on the running-in period. During the running-in period, the vehicle should be driven at a relatively low speed and should not be fully loaded. The main purpose of running-in is to make every component of the electric patrol car better fit together, which can improve the quality and accuracy of the electric patrol car in the future. And it can avoid the wear and tear of the vehicle. In the early stages of using electric patrol vehicles, we should do the following things well. The following details also apply to electric sightseeing cars, electric cargo trucks, electric club cars, electric classic cars, and electric golf carts.

1. During use, avoid rapid starts, rapid acceleration, and unnecessary emergency braking; when restarting, start and accelerate slowly. The initial use speed should be controlled within 20Km/h; if the mileage of the electric patrol vehicle is less than 60% of the rated range when used for the first time, please stop using the vehicle and contact the manufacturer's after-sales department as soon as possible.

2. Frequently check whether the battery, electronic control, and motor connecting wires are hot and loose; frequently check the temperature of the reducer, rear axle, wheel hub, and brake drum. If there is overheating (greater than 60°C), check and troubleshoot. During this period, the battery cannot be deeply discharged, which will cause greater damage to the battery.

When the running-in mileage reaches 500km, check the stability of the steering system, front suspension and wheel nuts, and tighten them if necessary. Check the brake system pipelines for leaks. If found, eliminate them in time. After the running-in period, the user must replace the transmission. Periodic lubricating oil and rear axle gear oil.

3. There will be a certain distance from the start of braking to reduce the vehicle speed until the vehicle stops. The braking distance of the electric patrol car will increase as the vehicle speed increases. Water entering the brake may cause the braking performance to decrease. In this case, the brake pedal should be repeatedly pressed lightly while driving at low speed to dry the brake. After driving through deep mud, sand or other contaminated environments, brake discs and pads should be cleaned to avoid excessive wear on the brakes. Try to avoid emergency braking while driving.
